Refund policy
EXCHANGES, ALTERATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY
We do not offer returns or refunds.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
However, we offer exchanges or alterations in the following cases only:
• Size issues
• Fit or alteration requirements
• Verified manufacturing defects
Exchange / Alteration Conditions
• Requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible
Shipping Costs for Exchanges / Alterations
• The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of shipping the product back to us.
• We will cover the shipping cost for sending the altered or exchanged item back to the customer
All exchange or alteration requests are subject to inspection and approval once the product is received.
